1. Those requiring accommodation should fill all necessary details in the admission book of the hostel. A passport size photograph and a copy of proof of identity (election card / passport / pan card / driving licence / ration card / etc) should be submitted during admission. 

2. Hostel fees are to be paid before the 5th of every month. A fine of Rs. 20 per day will be collected from those who do not remit the fees by the 5th of each month.

3. Occupants can take upto 10days leave with prior permission, and are not allowed more than 10 days leave. If they are taking leave due to any illness / accident, such persons are entitled to get a reduction of Rs.20/- per day, from the monthly hostel fee.

4. If anybody intents to reside in the hostel for less than 15 days, such persons will be treated as guests and fees will be charged on daily basis for 15 days and the payment must be made in advance. If the stay is extended for more than 15 days and less than 30 days, the fee charged will be on a full month basis.

5. Students must reach the hostel before 6.30 pm and working women by 7.30pm. The hostel gate/shutters will be closed strictly at 7.30 pm and normally no one would be allowed entry after 7.30 pm. In exceptional cases and on prior intimation, relaxation may be granted if authorities are convinced of the necessity for the same.

6. Visitors time for working women is half an hour and for students it’s fifteen minutes. Occupants are permitted to receive guests and friends upto 6.30 pm only and the meeting should only be in the common spaces of the hostel.
