15. Hostel property should not be damaged, and in case of any damage, a fine will be imposed on the responsible person.

16. Hostel authorities will have the freedom to scrutinize letters or any other communications received by the occupants in the hostel in order to verify the authenticity and letters will be handed over to the inmates only after such scrutiny.

17. All inmates should behave decently, so as to maintain peace in the hostel.

18. Everyone should keep their respective rooms and common spaces, neat and clean.

19. If any of the occupants face any problem or misbehaviour from any other occupant, written complaint should be given to the authorities, so that suitable action can be taken.

20. All inmates are requested to follow the above instructions. A strict fine structure awaits those breaking the rules.
